Course Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before your course start date, you may either transfer to a future course or be subject to a cancellation
fee as follows: Seven days prior to the course start date - 100% of the deposit, 14 days prior to the course start
date - 75% of the deposit and 30 days(or more) prior to the course start date - 50% of the deposit. By submitting
this form I agree to the cancellation terms
Please read this waiver carefully:
By submitting this registration form, I, the Student listed above, voluntarily participate in sailing activities
with the Athens Institute of Sailing. I understand that sailing is a sport which involves risk such as injury,
loss or damage. I acknowledge that I share the responsibility for safety and agree to practice safe boating by
following the instructor's coaching, otherwise, the instructor with the consent of the school, reserves the right
to reassess my participation. I further agree to hold harmless the Athens Institute of Sailing, Azure International
(A.I. Luxury Yachting Escapes Ltd.), their agents, management and employees from all claims of injury including
property arising from my taking part in sailing through this organization. Any loss or damage caused to the boat
and/or to other property, due to my negligence, will be compensated by me up to the boat's insurance deductible
amount.
